SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Shipping and UPS Ground within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. For all wholesale orders, please allow up to 10 business days after order has been placed for shipping, as they are made to order and individually hand poured and inspected. All orders will be provided a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Choose desired shipping method at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Heaven Scent product, contact us at heavenscentsoycandles12@gmail.com

We will however, gladly replace or refund any damaged products during the shipping process. Please submit a photo of your unused, damaged product within 2 days of delivery to heavenscentsoycandles12@gmail.com to receive a reshipment of your product. Email us for further information.
